Open a chnannel to your higher-self, guides, teachers or ancestors who have passed on. Learning and practicing “automatic” writing is a means of personally connecting with spirit wisdom as well as a method of accessing answers to evertyday questions. In this session, with meditative focus, you will apply your pen to paper and bring forward helpful spirit messages. Bring a lot of blank paper, clipboard and a pen.
